La machine assure une efficacit\u00e9 de production \u00e9lev\u00e9e qui est d'environ 150 \u00e0 200 noyaux par quart de travail de 450 minutes.<\/p><p>L'assemblage du noyau est install\u00e9 sur le moyeu de la machine \u00e0 l'aide d'une bride de montage avec deux pinces pour le verrouiller. La roue de turbine est entra\u00een\u00e9e par de l'air comprim\u00e9 fourni par un manchon d'entra\u00eenement avec syst\u00e8me de buse. Pendant la mesure, de l'huile avec une temp\u00e9rature et une pression appropri\u00e9es est fournie, de sorte que les conditions d'\u00e9quilibrage soient similaires \u00e0 celles d'un moteur \u00e0 combustion. En cons\u00e9quence, le graphique de vibration de l'assemblage du noyau par rapport \u00e0 la valeur de la vitesse de rotation et \u00e0 la norme de vibration est affich\u00e9. De plus, pour faciliter l'analyse du graphique de vibration, le logiciel indique la position angulaire exacte du d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre. L'\u00e9quilibrage dans la gamme compl\u00e8te des rotations prolonge la dur\u00e9e de vie du turbocompresseur et \u00e9limine l'effet ind\u00e9sirable du sifflement.<\/p><p> <\/p>\t\t\t<link
