text-left\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p>CMT-VSR BIG \u00e8 una macchina equilibratrice ad alta velocit\u00e0 per il Core Assy di turbocompressori di autovetture, veicoli commerciali, veicoli fuoristrada, nautica, agricoltura e motorsport. La macchina garantisce un'elevata efficienza produttiva, pari a circa 150 - 200 unit\u00e0 per turni di 450 minuti.<\/p><p>Il Core Assy viene installato sul mozzo della macchina mediante l'uso di una piastra di adattamento con due morsetti per il bloccaggio. La ruota della turbina \u00e8 azionata dall\u2019aria compressa fornita attraverso un manicotto con un sistema di ugelli. Durante la misurazione viene fornito olio ad una temperatura ed una pressione appropriate. Il risultato della misura \u00e8 il grafico delle vibrazioni in funzione della velocit\u00e0 di rotazione. Per semplificare l'analisi del grafico delle vibrazioni, il software indica la posizione angolare esatta dello squilibrio. L'equilibratura effettuata sull\u2019intera gamma di rotazioni prolunga la vita del turbocompressore ed elimina l'effetto indesiderato del fischio.<\/p>\t\t\t<link rel=\"stylesheet\"
